ज्वजलपा and Welcome to Jhigu Bhoye Chhen, a special place in Brisbane where we share the delicious flavors of Nepal. We started our restaurant in 2023 because we missed the tasty food from back home and wanted everyone in Brisbane to try it too.

Our chefs are from Nepal and they know how to make authentic Nepali food that tastes amazing. They use old recipes and cooking styles to make sure everything is just right.

At Jhigu Bhoye Chhen, you can enjoy many Nepali dishes like Jhol Momo, which are really popular here. Apart from that, we also serve Newari Khaja dishes like Samay Baji Set, Bhoye Chhen Set, Pangra fry Set and so on. If you’re looking for a good Nepali restaurant near Brisbane, come visit us!

Fantastic Nepalese meal tonight. The Momo was spectacular (make sure to ask for the spicy sauce). All dishes though we’re delicious with nice heat that wasn’t too spicy. The staff are lovely, warm and attentive without being overbearing. This is a must try restaurant in Brisbane for something a little different from the usual. Servings are generous and very well priced!

As a Nepalese, I am very picky when it comes to Nepalese food. But this restaurant did not disappoint! The food was incredibly authentic, and it tasted just like the food I used to eat back home. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back for more!
